There are a few common reasons why a parcel might not be successfully delivered:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- The parcel was not collected from the Post Office within 10 business days
- It was delivered to the wrong address due to address errors or courier misrouting
What Happens If My Parcel Can’t Be Delivered?
If a delivery attempt fails for any of the reasons above, the parcel is typically marked as “Return to Sender” and sent back to our warehouse.
