Trouble Using the Returns Portal?

If you’re having issues lodging your return online, we’re here to help.
 
To get started in the Returns Portal, you’ll need your:
 
  • Order number (starts with JW)
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Ensure your returning your order within 365 days of your original purchase
 

Common Troubleshooting Tips

Make sure your order number is entered without any special characters (e.g. no “#”) and has no extra spaces.
 
If an item can’t be selected, it’s likely because it’s already been refunded or a return label has been previously created for that item.
