I've lost my proof of purchase—what should I do?

If you’ve lost your proof of purchase, don’t worry—we may still be able to help. Please provide as much relevant information as possible to assist us in locating your transaction.
 

For Online Purchases

Your online order confirmation email acts as your proof of purchase, as well as the tax invoice email. Please check your email inbox, including spam or junk folders, for these emails.
 
If you cannot find your order confirmation or invoice email, you can access your purchase history by logging into your online account, should you have been signed in when making the purchase.
 

For In-Store Purchases

Digital receipts are emailed or SMS'd if you requested this option at purchase. Please check your email inbox, including spam or junk folders, for this receipt.
 
If you need a reprint of your receipt, you'll need to visit the store where you made your purchase.
 
The in-store team can usually locate your transaction in their system and provide a reprinted receipt.
 

Information to Have Ready

To assist with locating your purchase, please bring or provide the following details:
 
  • A bank statement showing the transaction
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Total amount spent
  • Description of the items purchased
