Click & Collect is a quick and convenient way to shop online and pick up in store. Here’s how it works:
1. Choose Your Store at Checkout
When placing your order online, use the store locator at checkout to find your nearest participating Johnny Bigg store.
Tip: You can also check if the item you’re after is available for Click & Collect by using the Click & Collect availability tool on the product page. Just enter your postcode or suburb to see nearby store stock.
2. Order Is Processed
Your order is processed through our online store, so it won’t be available in-store immediately. Once it’s received by the store team, they’ll begin packing it for you.
3. Ready for Pickup Within 2 Hours
Your order will usually be ready within 2 hours. The store team will give you a call on the number you provided to let you know when it’s ready to collect.
4. Collect In Store
Head into the store with your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to collect your purchase. We’ll hold your order for 14 days from the time you’re notified it’s ready.
