If you've made a mistake with your delivery address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address for you.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re no longer able to make changes on our end. However, you’ll still have the option to redirect your parcel through the Australia Post portal using your tracking ID.
How to Redirect Your Parcel:
1. Wait for your shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking ID.
2. Visit the Australia Post tracking portal and enter your tracking number.
3. Follow the prompts to redirect or update the delivery address.
New Zealand Customers
If you're located in New Zealand, please note that your tracking ID will become active in the NZ Post system once the parcel arrives in New Zealand.
At that point, you'll be able to redirect or manage your parcel through the NZ Post tracking portal.
Please note: Only the receiver (you) can request a redirection through Australia Post/NZ Post once the parcel is in transit.
