Unfortunately, our online store does not have the facilities to process exchanges.
In-Store Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please visit your local JOHNNY BIGG store with your invoice. Our in-store staff will be happy to assist you with the exchange.

If You’re Not Near a Store
If you are unable to visit a store, you will need to:
- Return the item for a full refund
- Place a new order for the correct size or desired item through our online store
