Why haven't I received my welcome code?

Welcome Discount Code Not Received

Our welcome discount codes are available for new customers who have created an account and subscribed to the JOHNNY BIGG newsletter. Please read the information below to ensure you’re eligible and to troubleshoot any issues.
 

Who Is Eligible?

To receive a welcome discount code, you must:
  • Create a JOHNNY BIGG customer account
  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Once both steps are completed, your welcome code will be sent to you via email within 30 minutes.
Note: This code can only be used on your first purchase and cannot be applied to an order once it has been placed.
 

Haven’t Received Your Code?

Please check the following:
 
1. Subscription Status
Ensure you are subscribed to our newsletter:
  • Log in to your JOHNNY BIGG account
  • Go to My Account > Information
  • Make sure the newsletter subscription box is ticked
2. Account History
Welcome codes are limited to one per email/account.
If you have previously created an account or opted in to emails, you may not be eligible for another code.
 
3. Email Folders
Check your Junk or Spam folder in case the email was filtered there.
