Why isn't Click & Collect available for the item I need?

We do our best to make most products available for Click & Collect, but sometimes stock may be unavailable at your chosen store. This can happen due to:
  • Recent in-store sales
  • Stock discrepancies
  • Items being damaged or unsellable

What Are My Options?

If your preferred store doesn’t have the item in stock, you can:
  • Check nearby stores for availability
  • Opt for home delivery — it’s free for orders over $125 in Australia and $150 in New Zealand
