Click & Collect orders follow the same return process as any other online order. So whether you’ve picked up in store or received your delivery at home, the options below apply to you.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You're welcome to return or exchange your item at any Johnny Bigg store, as long as:
- The item is in its original condition
- The swing tags are still attached
- You have a copy of your invoice
- Within 365 days of the original purchase date
Online Returns
If you can’t make it to a store, no problem — you can send your item back to our online warehouse using our Returns Portal (NZ Returns Portal here).
Online Exchanges
At the moment, we’re not able to process exchanges through our online store. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want, and then returning the original.
